My Fees...
I have a fee for service practice. I am not participating in any insurance panels, but if you have a PPO insurance plan, you may be able to see me as an out of network provider. Check with your insurance plan to see whether they charge a deductible for you to go out of network.
At each session I will provide you with a “super bill” that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. I accept payment in the form of personal check, credit card, or cash. I will discuss a possible sliding scale fee based on income in which case I will do my best to accommodate you with a fee that fits your means and my fee policy. Payment for psychotherapy services is made at each session unless other arrangements are made. I require a 48-hour cancellation policy. Appointments cancelled less than 48 hours prior will be charged the regular fee unless the appointment can be rescheduled within the same week. Please note that your insurance company will not pay for missed sessions and you will be responsible for the payment directly to me.
